Product table quantity

Hello, Is there a way I can adjust the product table.

When users view the table, i want them to only be able to buy in quanity of 10. Is that possible?

For example when they view table now it is giving them the option to select how many products they want.

I want it to make sure they select either 10 , 20 , 30 , 40 ,50 etc .... multiples of 10
