Github menus(some) hidden in video recordings.

Some Github menu items the presenter referring to are hidden behind the presenters video overlay

• Need to test whether we can safely hide the presenter video during sessions that needs to show the full top part of shared screen
• Or find a screen layout that makes it possible to show the whole of github menus.

The person who has access to the panel can hide presenters. The instructors could hide themselves but it would require that they watch also the stream somewhere or have a preview and that they open up the panel that controls scenes.
