          I found one Mastodon server repeatedly sends `Delete` activities of different users supposed to have been in that Mastodon server.

feat(cdk): prefilter activities
99edf93 
- `lambda/receive_inbound_activity` prefilters activities to reduce
  unnecessary network traffic. It filters a "Delete" activity that
  deletes the actor itself.
