If there are more than one recipients from the same ActivityPub server, we should deliver the activity to the shared inbox of the server.

Is there any reason to avoid the shared inbox if there is only one recipient?

feat(cdk): expand shared inbox

- `lambda/states/expand_recipients` expands the shared inbox of each
  recipient if the recipient has one.
