• test of multi select dropdowns for selection to check if dropdowns keep its values intact
• test of multiselect dropdowns in case of keeping its value and editing after submission
• test multiselect dropdowns in case of keeping its value and editing in drafts

Scenario: selecting options in the Signs or Symptoms field not properly working

• case 1: select 2 values in all multi-select dropdowns and move back and forth.

Verification: Dropdown values should be intact.
