• Separate collection for wards and departments
• The Red banner should state 'CAUTI' instead of 'CUT'
• There are three definitions in the document but there is only one mentioned in the application
• When I selected Signs or Symptoms in the Urinary Tract Infection Criteria (Step 4), the drop box that appeared had the wrong title. Instead of 'Signs or Symptoms', it was 'IUC in Place for >...'
• In Signs and Symptoms, the options must appear based on the age bracket automatically. (Fever (>38°C) Suprapubic Tenderness, Costovertebral Angle Pain or Tenderness, Urinary Urgency, Urinary Frequency, Dysuria) for age greater than 1 and (Fever (>38°C), Hypothermia, Apnea, Bradycardia, Lethargy, Vomiting, Suprapubic Tenderness) for age less than 1.
• The last sub option 'Urine Culture with Not > Two Species of Bacteria' does not appear when clicked upon. No drop box for it.
• @farooqwd add dividers between three definitions on the first step.
• Help label text appears as a heading in the dynamic dropdown (you can see it in CAUTI step 4: select the first option in Urinary Tract Infection Criteria and after selecting the first option look at the heading of the dropdown shown dynamically
• Step 8 Pathogen 1 and 2 quantity and validation based on it should be implemented.
• Move the divider to above the pathogen 2 quantity.
