Goal:

As a user, I want to have a menu bar so that I can understand what menu is existing on this service

Tasks:

  1. Decide menu item
    Home(Projects, /projects/), Profile (/profile), About(/about) may be enough so far, though those pages are not implemented yet.
  2. Add menu bar

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Users can use menu
