CCSID as always : I can't save source file member with special characters

Hi.
I think CCSID questions are the most frequently, but I can't resolve my issue with all discussions about IT.

My issue is with a partition with QCCSID = 65535 (I know... It's historical), in V7R4.
I tried to save members containing special characters like @, #, é, {, [... And I tried a lot of crossed configurations, but none is working. I tried with a mix of all of these:

• user profile CCSID to 1147 or 297
• sources files with CCSID 37, 297, 1147 and 65535
• Code for i "connection source file" to *file and 1147
• environment variable PASE_DEFAULT_UTF8 to 'N'
  The only thing I can't change is QCCSID. And on a partition with QCCSID=1147, there is no problem, of course...

Is someone can give me the good configuration to be able to save special characters on partition with QCCSID=65535?
