Have new members update their profile after signing up [Sign up wizard]

Currently, we just have these steps listed:

1. Review the information on your profile and make sure it is correct.

2. Make sure you get invited to our Flowdock organization (you'll need to talk to someone who has access)
3. Peruse the links we've provided below to learn about the organization and what tools we use
4. Help us with a project (We're a very project-oriented group, so we'd like to direct you to working on one)
   • Look through the projects we are currently working on and see if you're interested in joining any of them
   • Read this document on how to contribute to a project

Let's make it so users are prompted with the option to update their profile instead of forcing them to click on links.

Some smaller, research-related subtasks before we really get started into this:

• Add some from of "userHasOnboarded" or "firstRunDone" to the User Profile schema in Graphcool ([Signup Wizard] Add 'userHasCompletedWizard' field to the Graphcool User schema #297)
• Investigate different libraries for implementing the wizard and make decision on if we want to role our own for this one
• Decide what information needs to be put in the wizard (done in parent card)
• Flesh out the interface / UX for the wizard

Just because I haven't seen them, I think we've agreed on the following components for the wizard

1. Avatar - upload a photo for yourself
2. Tagline & Websites - *short intro about yourself *any websites you want to link
3. Skills - *what do you have *what are you curious about
4. Connect accounts - github, waffle.io

Also agreed upon a one screen flow for this, so something like the vertical stepper in material ui would be great. (https://material-ui.com/demos/steppers/#vertical-stepper)
