A guide for teams starting a brand new project that includes conventions for integrating with the Members site

Potentially includes:

  • Project bootstrapper?
  • civic.json file
  • Github issue conventions
    • Issue template?
    • good first issue & help wanted tags
  • Creating project page on Members site

The project bootstrapper appears to include a civic.json file, but we could certainly document how to configure the tags and change states within it if that hasn't been done.

  • set up flow
  • set up drive directory
