Make Welcome Message Interactive

It would be nice if the welcome message was interactive and more of a tour-style. We need some more ideas around this. A few are:

1. Feed pieces of the message to the user, and prompt them to acknowledge them, or "try out" different features.
2. Have a small video or other embedded content for part of the welcome
3. End the message with a short 5-question survey on interest & message the user back with recommendations for channels, StudyGroups, and content.
4. Have the user request a buddy or specific help up front, and have the bot post a message about it in #pair-programming, #general, or another channel.
