Trouble running npm run start on Windows: run-p is not recognized as an internal or external command

@MBennettLowe is running into this issue after running npm install and npm run start:

After finding ensdomains/ens-manager#14, I asked Monique to try running npm i npm-run-all, but she is still getting the same error. 🤔

My guess is this is Windows-specific.

Update: @MBennetLowe tried running the npm i npm-run-all command again and it worked! (I thought she would reply to this thread but she created a new topic here: #149)
