First & Last name are swapped in some places #269

Describe the bug

The first name is set as "Nume"/"Nume de familie" and the last name as "Prenume" in some exports.

Expected behavior

The first & last names should be consistent across the whole platform.

Additional context

They seem to be swapped in:

The admin interface
The data export
The models' verbose name

tudoramariei added the bug label

tudoramariei assigned danniel and tudoramariei
