As a city employee, I want to make sure that links to city resources and documents are easily accessible, so that it is clear that various tools, web pages, and reports do not exist in a vacuum. #9

Definition of done: Whatever interactive flow chart we create is surrounded by explanitory narrative and links to the core reports. Ultimately making a website that looks like it's part of the overarching anti-displacement initiative.

Ultimately making a website that looks like it's part of the overarching anti-displacement initiative. Someone who is unfamiliar with this inititative is able to access additional existing resources.

Someone who is unfamiliar with this initiative is able to access additional existing resources and understands how documents and tools interact and does not believe this tool is existing in a vacuum.
