A dropdown menu of options is created on a website that leads a user who is facing eviction to determine what resrources are available to them.

Someone who is facing displacement is able to sucessfully navigate the site and find resources applicable to them.

The city of Boston has a website that makes their existing flow chart more easily accessible and interactive.
