#Error States for CoApp Updater (and what happens in the UI)

  • A package could not be downloaded (700)

    • Note: this includes not being able to reach a feed for the purposes of installing an update
    • Response: Main CoApp Updater screen displays an error message, notification bubble with error message

  • Could not connect to the CoApp Service (701)

    • Response: Main CoApp Updater screen displays an error message, notification bubble with error message

  • Could not reach a feed while looking for updates (702)

    • Response: Main CoApp Updater screen completes the checking for updates screen normally and displays a link to a warning popup with the the error, notification bubble with error message?

  • One of the packages or dependencies is blocked (703)

    • Response: Main CoApp Updater screen displays an error message and user is asked if they'd like to unblock each package

  • Package could not be installed (704)

    • Response: Main CoApp Updater screen displays an error message, notification bubble with error message
