Bugreport: HTML style commands are part of CSV export

Hi

When exporting the entries of a margic instance as CSV file, the feedback and text columns contain the html style commands like "

...

". This makes the text hard to read.

We are using the Atto editor on a Moodle 4.1.6 instance. Dont' know if this behaviour is also true for the TinyMCE 6 editor. We are also using the filter_multilang if there might be any connection to this.
