At the beginning of sect 2.2.3 it says: "As indicated earlier, a routing table is a data structure that contains...". However, searching for the "routing table" term, it only appears in figure 19, which creates some confusion. I think it would make sense to move the content of the box "Forwarding tables versus routing tables" at the beginning of 2.2.3.

This sounds sensible. I wonder if the note itself should be directly integrated in the main text, instead of being an additional side note.
