Yea, Ubuntu libqq.so is good (even protocol 2012 is provided).
But how to build a windows lib? I am loving pidgin in all platforms.

Sorry , I 'm working on fedora and I have not used windows system, so I
debug on linuxqq and wireshark, some patches of the windows support need
others.

the protocol 2012 is not supported, because we are studing it

What about mingw? I didn't used it before. But I learned that it can do such stuff.
