some types should be children of other parent types

n.b. you should specifically remove short paper (was submitted as long paper), since this is redundant info if we have the submitted version marked as a long paper, and the accepted version marked as a short paper

Also, for both this and #107, you might want to have a think about what standardization of both would look like as new series of conferences get added with very different kinds of hierarchies and types.

This is a very old one - just confirming that we should either close it, or it's something that will need to go onto the v2 list
