HTCondor: job script and yaml files should be copied to worker node

Running on HTCondor: Assuming one wants to output to /storage, the batch_dir will be created there and contains the run_script.sh and yaml files. However, the worker node cannot read from /storage, so the job will fail.

Solution would be to copy the yaml and run_script.sh files to the worker node, since the output can then be written out to /storage fine.
