Description

Efficiency plots are empty since updating from LCG v87 to v95.
Plots are filled in the root file so not a root bug.
Likely a bug with matplotlib, big change in version!

Steps/code to reproduce issue

cmsl1t -c config/effMet.yaml -n 10000

Expected results

No error. Empty efficiency plot.

Differences between LCG 87 and LCG 95

LCG ROOT matplotlib result
LCG_87/x86_64-centos7-gcc62-opt 6.08.02 1.5.1 image
LCG_95/x86_64-centos7-gcc8-opt/ 6.16.00 2.2.2 image
LCG_91/x86_64-centos7-gcc7-opt 6.10.06 1.5.1 last one with matplotlib 1.5.1
