Local Layer Map Service Opacity for each Layer

We are going to use Dynamic Layers on our own ArcGIS Server and Feature Layers , and we are going to use WAB 2.8, is Latest local Layer compatible with WAB 2.8? If not what needs to be done to make it compatible, Thanks

A 2.8 version is available below; I just haven't rolled it out yet, but it should be tested to work and contains a number of bug fixes. https://github.com/cmndrbensisko/LocalLayer/tree/LocalLayerv.2.8

Can we adjust opacity of each Dynamic layer in Local Layer config? I have a map service where I don't want to change opacity of all layers
