Enable crawlers for CF containers

How to Reproduce

Crawl CF containers similar to Dockers, and emit their crawler data. Start by specifying a CF container and emitting basic CPU,Mem metrics.

Details

Thanks for the meeting. These are the next steps I captured

1. Provide access to our YF environment and access to a diego cell within that env. Andrea will check

2. Deploy crawler to that diego cell. Need to package as a daemon service. Shripad will dig out old code that did that packaging. Alternatively I have built is a dh-virtualenv within a .deb file. There were a couple of manual steps I need to do post deployment

3. Provide runtime details of cf containers, e.g. how to identify containers running, query details on containers and get container uuid. Mark/Andrea

4. Build a profile of cf container which will be used to define the interface. Joint effort

5. Jointly work on extending crawler code to work for cf containers. Joint effort
