Task Description
Update udated_by field on delete operation.

Acceptance Criteria:

Delete operation should assign context user to UpdatedBy field, so after delete operation we will know who deleted the item.

Expected Test:
Write e2e test to perform delete operation and check assignments of UpdatedBy field
