The st2web app doesn't work so well on older node, or on the very newest either.

I took your st2web bits, made minor updates, and was able to successfully build an image here:

https://github.com/elijah/docker-st2web

I'm running mostly with the official containers - builds from upstream dockerfiles - and took your st2web stuff to bolt on as a sidecar.
