James (@Floppy) mentioned earlier this week about having an code of conduct for our meetups, after a convo online about it.
We have a pretty basic diversity statement, which is mentioned on the speaking page, but we don't have anything visible beyond that.
LRUG has a good one, that would be a decent starting point.
