Memory Overflow using ili2fme 7.0.15 with ITF

Hi there
After merging two districts I have problems with FME 2019-2022 and ili2fme 7.0.15. Reading the ITF file is resulting in a memory overflow on several computers with up to 135 GB free space. I tried to retrict topics to the Bodenbedeckung as well but the topology building results to a java exeption. Also tried the Corretto Java to handle and got the same error. ITF is attached.

Didn't have any problem at all...

Environment

• FME 2021.0.1.0 (20210404 - Build 21313 - WIN64)
• ili2fme-7.0.14-5084d74e29ebfb48c263003c38d516c4d3adfbed
• java.version 1.8.0_265

Maybe give it a try to downgrade to ili2fme 7.0.14?

Similar problems here.

Writing an XTF-File works but not reading. Workspace that worked with FME 2021.1.2 before stopped working because of the ili2fme version 7.0.15.

Error message: GeometryCHLV95_V1, BuildingLinesForMotorways_V2_2: model(s) not found
ch.interlis.ili2c.Ili2cException: GeometryCHLV95_V1, BuildingLinesForMotorways_V2_2: model(s) not found

Models are correct.

Environment:
FME 2022.1.0.0 (20220704 - Build 22618 - WIN64
ili2fme-7.0.15-3bfc4ed4e1460c62fded0e4007d1c96a3a6f3e5c
java.version 1.8.0_265

Downgrade to ili2fme 7.0.12 helped.
