Fix display of ContentWrapper on idex.js for mobile #28

The ContentWrapper on index.js shows off the left side of the page for devices under a certain size. also, should the background image be removed from that page under size med? It loads relatively slowly and is distracting under the ContentWraper. If not, how can we fix those two concerns?
