Does this template has support to Cirrus CI or Travis CI support?

I am currently planning to use this template to writing a small library for my research.

Looking through the code, I see no Cirrus CI or Travis CI configuration files.

My question is does this template has Cirrus CI or Travis CI support? If not, are you planning to add it? It would be really great if you could add this CI support (preferably Cirrus CI).

Reference: I was previously using pyscaffoldext-cookiecutter for my previous project.

Update: I see that you are using GitHub action for testing. I will use it for testing. Thanks for creating this template.
