Document all of CiviContribute Component Settings

There is some documentation of Tax and Invoicing but apart from that, none of the settings under CiviContribute Component Settings are documented.

I'll try to work on this in the coming days. I'll start by adding material at bottom of https://docs.civicrm.org/user/en/latest/contributions/key-concepts-and-configurations/ but it might turn out to be better to have a separate page for the component config page settings.
