The Future of Ag-Food-Tech at UC Merced: an Executive Roundtable Discussion

Sponsored by the UC Merced Center for Information Technology Research in the Interest of Society (CITRIS) and the School of Engineering, UC Merced

The purpose of this event is to solicit feedback from key regional stakeholders engaged in agricultural production and food processing to provide UC Merced administration and faculty about the future direction of their industries, research and training needs, and trends in technologies. This feedback will serve as the basis for forging a new thrust in Ag-Food-Tech at UC Merced as it expands its mission for research, education, and outreach in the San Joaquin Valley.
