Fine with temporary storage too to reduce costs, e.g. store for one hour then delete.

• yandex: 2021 can create account and login without cell phone, but you can't receive any emails until they whitelist you manually. And then because of your Tor login, they don't whitelist you, and a few days later they start asking your to enter a cell phone to even login at all:
