CIMTool creates duplicate class objects during profile import

Using latest version of CIMTool to open an enterprise architect and import all classes into a profile. During ingest, duplicate copies are made of multiple classes (ACLineSegment, ACLineSegement1, etc.).

This can be cleaned up using the Reorganize profile per RDFS rules, but that routine deletes all one-to-many associations in the profile.

I am encountering this issue both with the versions from UCAiug files and our own profiles (e.g. https://github.com/GRIDAPPSD/Powergrid-Models/blob/feature/SETO/CIM/CIMHub_Profile.eap)

I have also seen a similar issue , let me try to send a sample xmi file extracted out of the EA tool .
