Hi. Thank you for the suggestion. Do you mean to convert Grease Pencil strokes to 3D objects like this?

Yes it sounds like a good idea. In fact, this add-on has implemented the median axis in some other functions, so maybe I can also try to use it for mesh generation.
Currently I am busy with upgrading the add-on to support Blender 4.3 and pause adding new features, but I will consider adding this once the new add-on version gets stable.

I mean calculating the median axis of a Grease Pencil strokes. and extracting the median axis from Grease Pencil strokes as a separate stroke.
And also, as you mentioned, mesh generation with the help of the median axis.
