Workspaces support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the node modules dir is hardcoded to current dir here

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe we should find workspace root? or closest node_modules instead?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have a custom script which creates a symbolic link, executes the command and then removes the link and it works fine, so i guess this line is the only problem
