None of the commands work on Windows 10 and Ctrl+Esc just brings up the start menu so I'm thinking there might be a conflict in the OS

Hi, thanks for the report.
Unfortunately I am currently unable to reproduce the failures.
Any additional information (windowed vs fullscreen mode, resolution) could help.

I have tried it in most resolution up to 1920x1080 in fullscreen and windowed. Not a single command works while running your executable. What OS and resolution are you using so I can see if I can get it to work with your settings specifically.

Frankly I am surprised it still works for you because I thought Blizzard disabled indirect interaction a couple of patches ago.
