Code Refactor (Mostly focused on styling)

Remove unnecessary SCSS code
Remove, or update Bourbon / Bourbon Neat
Move towards newer standards such as Flexbox, REMs, etc.
Drop any old browser support in favor of IE11+ and modern browsers
