Camera not working #1
Comments
Hi, I added the device to the config.toml file. I wrote it to the Readme. https://github.com/chriamue/ornithology-pi?tab=readme-ov-file#configuration I personally had the problem that only one camera of three of mine works. Feel free to add a comment if you made it running, which helps me and others with debugging in the future. Happy new year! |
@chriamue thank you for your answer, if I just installed it from ornithology-pi.deb can I change it somewhere locally? |
Try this release, I think it should contain the ornithology-pi.toml file in /etc/ornithology-pi.toml: |
@chriamue thanks, I figured out that my camera is on /dev/video3
That was not the case with original package from manual, it was starting server, just with black screen |
Just tried 0.7.0 release again , servise is starting but with black screen camera. |
The error GetPropertyError { property: "ResolutionList" |
@chriamue my camera is logitech c270
|
How can I debug that it actually tries to get resolution list from /dev/video3? |
Hello, I have USB webcam plugged in, but its not working with your service.
Where in config I can specify camera port?
