I tried this in my app. It worked perfectly in Android but didn't work in iOS. I made some modification and ran the Pressed state effect but couldn't work out the FLAT state, which I tried.

Here are the example that you asked for. It's not working in Flat State at all, in iOS. It's working as expected in Android. But didn't work in iOS.

I will be waiting to hear from you. As I really need this for my project.

i had a similar issue, this is how shadows works in ios

a workaround to fix this just add background color

let me know if that works

Still not perfect. The Parent View should take the whole width.
