Rank Power Plants in Their State And Nationally On Power & Pollution Metrics + Add PM2.5 Data #199

We should add the following columns from our input data:

  • Raw data for Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 in ug/m3)
  • State percentile for Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 in ug/m3)
  • National percentile for Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 in ug/m3)
  • State average for Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 in ug/m3)
  • National average for Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 in ug/m3)

We should then rank on all of our main existing criteria and provide averages, kind of like I do for Electrify Chicago. Here's a demo from Keating Hall:
