Please translate files in docs/i18n/zh/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current in 987-add-localized-documentation branch to add Chinese version of the documentation.

If you need help with forking this branch, let me know. Also you can translate these files and send a *.zip file with translated files, i/'ll add them where needed.
