I feel that we may need to remove the README.md due to how PCB Designer reacts to previewing a file that is not a footprint. Sometimes I like to just scroll down the available footprints and whenever I accidentally select a file that is not a footprint PCB Designer immediately crashes. This even happens when I select the README.md (which does come up in the listing).

I am putting this up as an issue because I wanted to see what everyone else thinks.

If you remove it, then make sure to edit the Circuit Board readme and put any relative informations regarding gEDA_Footprint and gEDA_Symbols
