This is something I learned from Zach Quinn last night and it seems that all vias that are used for sockets or female headers should be at least a drill size of 38 mil, not 28 mil. Keep this in mind that the plated areas need to be enlarged as well.
If anyone has any time, there are a number of footprints that will need these corrections made to them before we can continue manufacturing out-of-house. These have been corrected on the IGVC Backplane 4.0.0 but this footprint itself needs to be corrected at the source.
I will add in the footprints that need correction later.
