Please push new gem versions to rubygems.org

Describe the problem

At the time of writing, this most recent tag on this repo is 9.3.11

However, this isn't available on rubygems.org:

• fauxhai-ng is at version 9.3.0
• fauxhai-chef is at version 9.3.8

Possible Solution

It would be great to have 9.3.11 available on rubygems.org, for example to pick up new platforms.

As a bonus, it would also be nice to have clarification here (perhaps in the README) as to whether we should be using the fauxhai-ng or fauxhai-chef gem - they both appear to be managed by the same people on rubygems.org, but have a different list of published versions.

@gravitystorm fauxhai-chef has been promoted with the latest PRs in it. The question about fauxhai-ng may take a while longer to research.
