Describe the problem

Customers want to be alerted when the following seats in their licenses are close to being exhausted:

  • Number of user accounts
  • Number of projects

Proposed solution

When the number of user accounts or the number of projects exceeds a set threshold (perhaps a percentage of total in the customer license?), send out alerts.
