Unknown date build field from release #360

Hello,

I found out that if we build ircd charybdis from release version, we have this from output /version:

FunChat-charybdis-v3(unknown,charybdis-4.1.2)

If I build from git clone, I got this : charybdis-4.1.3-dev(20200627-b41d97e9)

So I think you need to fix it for release version.
