Good idea from user via email:

"Hey,
I'm an avid reader and I enjoy this app immensely. But I have a feature I'd
like to see. Being the voracious reader I am. I have a list of hundreds of
books that I've read or want to read in a word document. And I have everything
neatly nested with author being the largest nest and individual books being the
lowest part. If you could implement a way to have books nested in an
expandable/collapsible Author>Series>Subseries>Book tree it would make my
massive book list more manageable in your app."

Maybe we could make tree view optional, and let user somehow define levels with
tags? Either way, tree view seems like a great idea. Roll up into categories,
etc.

Nesting should be straight forward to implement with metatags.

Also a user suggested an "author list view" via email. Each author, then click
and it expands into their books. I think this is a good alternative view to
allow (maybe not the default view, but switch to it -- and it's just another
type of nesting).
