Import option to update data #106

The import data is working well, but if I want to change the Subject on a group 
of books or add User Notes using a nice keyboard instead of the phone, the 
easiest way to do that is to export, make the changes to the csv file and then 
re-import.   The only option skips books that appear to be duplicates and 
doesn't update the new or changed data.

When I get a chance I'll try to add an option to replace likely duplicates, 
rather than skip them.
