differential expression - memento

Hi Census Team,

I have been attempting to replicate the build for the Memento Cube for differential expression, following the instructions provided in the repository here.

As I am working with the latest version of Census, I had to use a different version of TileDB and some other packages than those specified in the requirements. Despite trying various configurations, I am finding the build process to be quite unstable - or even unable to run through.

I also noticed that the code branch atol/memento/epic appears to be somewhat outdated. Could you kindly let me know if this branch is still under active development? If so, could you provide any information on the expected timeline for updates?

Unfortunately that project is on hold at the moment and we don't have a timeline for starting it again. We will let you know if this changes but for now there is no active development.
